Cancellation and Modification Window

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

After the 24-hour period, an order may enter processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

How to Submit a Request

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us at contact@geominimalist.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• The email address used to place the order.
• Whether you would like to cancel the order or modify it.
• The specific changes you would like to make, if applicable.

GeoMinimalist will review your request and send you an email confirming whether the cancellation or modification can be completed.

Important Information

• A request submitted within 24 hours does not automatically guarantee that the order can be canceled or modified. The request must be reviewed and confirmed by GeoMinimalist.
• Changes to an order may affect the order processing or delivery timeframe.
• GeoMinimalist cannot guarantee that the original estimated delivery timeframe will remain unchanged after an order has been modified.
• Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled or Modified Orders

For cancellation or modification requests, GeoMinimalist will respond within 2 business days after receiving the request.

If a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation approval is confirmed.

For a modified order, the final amount charged will be adjusted according to the approved changes. If the modification results in a refund, the applicable refund will be processed within 3 business days after the modification is confirmed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
